How does ordering &
making a custom piece work?
First we start with your dreams and ideas. Send us pictures of styles you like — even if they are completely different. We can take your favourite design style and add details from others. Think of it as marrying different designs into a beautiful new whole.
Share Your Vision
Send us inspiration pictures — the more the better. Mix styles freely. We'll blend the details you love into something entirely new. Remember to bring us any family material, gold, stones etc. that you may want to use. Not sure about it? Don't worry we will sort it and help you decide!
CAD Design & Approval
We create a detailed CAD design for your review. We can adjust the CAD until the piece is just right!
Wax Model — Real Size
A physical wax model lets you see the piece at true size — and even try it on (if you are careful!). Need tweaks? Back to CAD we go!
Casting in Your Metal
We cast in the metal of your choice. Have family gold? We're delighted to use it — even if it's the wrong colour. (It can save a lot of money! Family stones are welcomed!)
Polish, Set & Ta-Dah!
At least two rounds of polishing before stone setting — then the big reveal. Your finished, one-of-a-kind beauty.

Every piece has a story
Three Generations, One Piece.
"Do you have some family stones, from mom or maybe grandma, that you would like to wear? But nothing "mass market" fits them? Because they are all a little different size? We can make it happen!"
This client brought her original diamond plus one each from her mother and grandmother. All she wanted was a classic line pendant that honoured all three.
She loves octopus.
She wants a ring.
"He showed us a sample of the design on his keychain and he has his own gold and Diamonds."
We can do that! First the CAD, then the wax, cast with his gold, polish it all up and set his Diamonds. Ta-Dah!
